Some are local to Kansas City, others are starting to come in from other regions in the country as our site becomes a clearing house for new ideas. Fernando Prats, Gran Sur, 2010-11. Commemorating the centennial of the mythical advert that the Irish explorer Ernest Shackleton would have posted in The Times, Prats installed this illuminated text on Elephant Island.
